From Brokenness to Full Throttle Faith

Motocross has always been a part of our lives—but it’s not just about racing anymore. For us at The HoleShot Ministry, motocross is the platform God gave us to share hope, healing, and the Good News of Jesus Christ.

Our Story

Not long ago, our lives looked very different. For nearly a decade, we struggled with addiction. We lost everything—our family, our home, and our purpose. But one desperate prayer changed everything. Cari cried out to God, and He answered. Through His mercy, He restored what we had broken, healed our marriage, reunited our family, and set our feet on a brand-new path.

Now, instead of living in darkness, we get to carry the light of Christ with us to the motocross track—a place that feels like home. Cody now serves as a deacon at Woodland Hills Baptist Church, and together as a family, we are committed to going full throttle for the Father.

Why the track?

The motocross community is where we grew up, and it’s where we’ve seen God move powerfully. Riders and families face pressure, sacrifice, and struggles that go far beyond the starting gate. We know firsthand what it feels like to be empty—and we also know the hope that Jesus brings. That’s why you’ll find us trackside, offering prayer, blessing bikes, handing out waters, and simply showing up to encourage families.

It doesn’t always look like church—but it feels like Jesus.

Fueled by Faith and Support

Every outreach we do is fueled by prayer, generosity, and the support of people who believe in this mission. Donations help us travel to races, keep water stocked, set up outreach booths, and dream toward future goals like trackside baptisms, kids’ activities, and more.

When you give, you’re not just donating—you’re helping us carry the message of restoration and hope to a community we love.

Join the Ride

Our story is one of redemption, and it’s proof that no one is too far gone for God’s grace. Now we get to share that message in a community we love dearly. Whether you support through prayer, encouragement, or giving, you’re part of this mission.

Together, we can keep running the race of faith—full throttle for the Father.
